Samples: Samples displayed in our showroom or online may vary slightly from the actual product delivered due to natural batches.
Availability: All products are subject to stock availability at our Anaheim warehouse.
3. Orders and Pricing
Quotes: Price quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
4. Installation Services
Site Access: The homeowner must provide clear access to the work area.
Pre-existing Conditions: Ideal KBF is not responsible for structural defects, mold, or plumbing/electrical issues discovered during demolition or installation, unless specifically included in the scope of work.
Timeline: Installation dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or material shortages.
5. Returns and Refunds
Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee applies to approved returns of unopened flooring and cabinetry boxes.
Condition: Returns are generally accepted only for unopened, undamaged boxes within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable: Custom cabinetry, cut stone, and final sale items are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Ideal KBF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, CA.
